The CFO Awards recognize L.A. County finance professionals for their ongoing efforts and contributions to their organizations. Given the challenging and ever-changing economic climate, CFOs serve as essential members of a company’s core leadership team. To support long term growth, April has implemented foundational solutions to solidify the backbone of our organization. This includes but not limited to: inventory assessment and distribution, database processes, manufacturing efficiencies, and demand planning visibility to streamline work flows. April currently owns Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting and Global Data Analytics. She drives her team to be knowledgeable in all three arenas; ensuring the team members are true business partners. April motivates the team by looping them into special projects outside of daily work functions, assigns specialized online training such as Power BI development, and injects her team into cross functional meetings to serve as subject matter experts across the organization. Baptiste, Vice President of People Operations & Culture, has been recognized by the NHRA - Los Angeles (National Human Resources Association) as the 2024 Executive of the Year recipient! Cheryl has dedicated over 25 years to mastering Human Resources, specializing in Talent Management, DEIB, Employee Engagement and leading diverse teams both in the US and internationally. Her accomplishments not only highlight her expertise in human resources but also underscore her pivotal role in shaping a vibrant organizational culture. The HR team attended the awards ceremony where Cheryl was honored for her commitment and leadership. We are so proud to have her in the Murad family. Congratulations, Cheryl!

We're officially in our clear skin era. This month, we took the Clear Skin Cruiser on a 4-day tour of Los Angeles to celebrate our two newest launches, Retexturizing Body Pads and Clarifying Body Spray, and educate on how they work alongside our acne face favorites for clearer skin from head to toe. Guests received the ultimate #ClearSkinSummer experience, including custom skin consults with our brand educators, limited edition Murad merch, a "Correct the Dots" game and plenty of acne-clearing favorites to keep the clear skin journey going from home.
