In celebration of National Apprenticeship Day, we want to highlight a few of the individuals who have been participating in our own nursing apprenticeship program. The nurse apprenticeship program is a competency-based program, offering on-the-job training for local nursing students. Participants are paired with a dedicated registered nurse as a mentor to help foster an increased learning experience. Participants who complete the program are guaranteed job opportunities following their graduation of nursing school.
