"There is so much I appreciate about this internship from how organized and structured it is to support our learning and growth, to the genuine care from the entire team. I received guidance, helpful feedback, and consistent support both from my manager and assigned mentor. I really enjoyed the opportunity of shadowing different departments like finance, Business intelligence, and Quality Assurance teams which gave me a better understanding of how different departments work together. I also valued the regular meeting with our Chief Information Officer, as well as the session with executive leaders who take the time to answer our questions and teach us about the company’s mission and their role."
