Thanks to bold leadership, smart collaboration, and the tireless advocacy from the Loudoun Chamber, construction is now underway on a 100% attainable housing project in Sterling. This 80-unit development—approved and permitted in record time—is a clear example of what’s possible when the business community, developers, and county leaders align on solutions. The Loudoun Chamber is proud to have played a role in advancing this effort. As our Government Relations Manager Theo Stamatis said at the groundbreaking: “[We’ve] been on record standing up for and supporting future attainable housing in Loudoun County and because of our efforts, not only supporting attainable housing and in particular this expedited review process, this project was able to materialize and get off the ground.” The Chamber has long supported housing policies that strengthen our economy and communities, and we’re proud to have helped make this model project a reality.
