Two days of strategy, collaboration, and a little friendly competition! Our fantastic Joint Board Retreat brought together the leadership of our LifeSpan, Beacon, and LPS Board Members—three groups working in harmony to advance the mission of supporting aging services providers in our state. Together, they guide advocacy, education, innovation, and solutions for our members. We explored communicating member value and creating meaningful touchpoints, inspired by Simon Sinek, under the expert moderation of Kristine Metter. We are grateful to LaShuan Bethea, Executive Director of NCAL, for joining us and leading us in an energetic discussion. And of course, we enjoyed the high-stakes Cornhole Cup Tournament, where Steve Cambere (CorePLUS) and Cal Bogertman (Paul Davis Restoration) emerged victorious!
