👏 Team Member Spotlight: Roy Six Jr. 👏 Roy joined Keystone Clearwater Solutions in February 2024 as a Water Transfer Technician, and since day one, he’s demonstrated a strong commitment to Keystone’s values and a drive to go above and beyond. Roy was nominated because he consistently sets the standard — showing responsibility, professionalism, and outstanding communication with our customers. He’s always eager to learn and just as willing to share his knowledge with others. Recently, when a jobsite issue arose, Roy took the initiative to step up without hesitation. He went out to assist with automation and ensured everything was back up and running smoothly — all without interrupting frac operations. Before leaving, he made sure everything was operating properly for the crew on location. Roy’s leadership mindset, reliability, and ambition to grow within Keystone are exactly what we value in our team. Keep up the great work, Roy — your dedication does not go unnoticed! 💪 Jeffrey Wehler Zachary Zucco Dan Dalton Thomas Stabley Jennifer McIntyre #KeystoneClearwater #TeamKeystone #EmployeeSpotlight #Leadership #OilfieldExcellence #WaterTransfer #OnTheJob #FutureLeader

After 16 years in the oil and gas industry, John Schutz is closing this chapter and starting a new one — filled with well-deserved time alongside his wife, beautiful grandchildren, and (if you know John) plenty of hunting adventures. John’s journey began in 2009 at Rain for Rent, where he laid the foundation of a career defined by hard work, reliability, and integrity. In 2020, we were fortunate to have him bring that experience and dedication to Keystone Clearwater Solutions. As he retires, we thank John for his invaluable contributions to our team and industry. His attention to detail, dedication, and loyalty will be greatly missed — but we’re excited for what lies ahead for him. Enjoy every moment, John. You’ve more than earned it. Keystone Core Value Series: Safety, Integrity, Dedication, Motivation, Professional Service, Responsible What Rodney Miller, one of our Managing Directors from WV had to say about Safety: “Safety to me is the most important part of our jobs. I want everyone to leave work the same way they came. I really put safety at the top of my list. As humans it's natural to find yourself being complacent, especially when doing the same task every day. That's why I task everyone to not only look out for yourself but to watch out for any hazards that could be a potential risk for anyone. One great tool to do this is what Keystone calls safety cards. This tool not only helps employees find current hazards but can also be used to help employees find a potential issue before it becomes a hazard or an issue. Employees can do several types of safety cards hazard, safe, near miss. We all have loved ones at home so it's very important we watch out for ourselves and each other while tasked with completing this dangerous work. Safety culture is everything.” Jeffrey Wehler Zachary Zucco Jennifer McIntyre Dan Dalton Thomas Stabley

On July 10th, Keystone Clearwater Solutions was proud to participate in the Range Good Neighbors Golf Outing at Nemacolin again this year. We deeply value our partnership with Range—both in the field and through our shared commitment to supporting local communities. This incredible event benefits the Range Resources Good Neighbors Fund, which since 2018 has awarded over $1.2 million to fire departments and emergency management services across Range’s core operating areas. These donations have helped local first responders secure critical equipment like breathing apparatus, turnout gear, ballistic shields, thermal imaging and video surveillance cameras, and more. ⛳️ Honoring Tradition, Building Connections Next week, Keystone Clearwater will have the pleasure of attending what is likely the oldest oilfield networking event in Appalachia — a tradition dating all the way back to 1968. Almost as old as HOWCO becoming the Halliburton we know in 1960! It all started with Don "Sammy" Sampson, a Halliburton Superintendent, and a small group of Halliburton managers working out of the Homer City, PA field camp. A casual day of golf at the Indiana VFW golf course with customers and coworkers quickly turned into an annual gathering of the oilfield community — always held on the third Thursday of July. Through the years, legends like Dale Cunningham, Jerry Bucco, and Nancy Balzar carried the torch, helping the event grow steadily. The addition of a second golf course — and even a clay shooting range — eventually moved the tournament to Chestnut Ridge Golf Course, where 420 participants once joined at its peak. Notable memory: The first time at Chestnut Ridge, they ran out of beer by 9:00 AM — a true testament to the good times and great company this event is known for. We’re proud to take part in this iconic gathering, rooted in camaraderie, storytelling, and a strong sense of community. A big thank you to the dedicated Halliburton team members who’ve kept the tradition alive: • Belinda Blay • Steve Snyder • Dale Sparks • Dan Jockel • Katie Wilson • Ryan McCormick • Michael Ruby people, the stories, and the legacy that keeps this event going strong. 💧 More Than Just Water Transfer – Production/Flowback Too! 💧 Under the leadership of Managing Director Rodney Miller, Keystone Clearwater is proud to support our client in West Virginia with advanced water transfer operations designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Currently, we’re working side-by-side with the clients field staff and Control Room during production and flowback following drill out operations. Our Keystone team is responsible for: 🔹 Monitoring laydown and upright tanks during production/flowback 🔹 Controlling tank levels and managing flow 🔹 Pumping dirty water through trunk lines to fill ASTs across multiple locations 🔹 Reporting tank levels, flows, and pressures directly to the control room 🔹 Coordinating closely with production and flowback partners throughout the process Once production slows, we seamlessly transition the system back to the clients automation control — ensuring continuous, efficient operations. This approach significantly reduces trucking needs and helps eliminate costly hauls of dirty water. It’s a smart, scalable solution that keeps safety, cost-savings, and operational excellence at the forefront.
