Malcolm brings 30+ years of experience in development—from software to real estate to civil/site projects. He loves taking on challenges, solving problems, and being part of a team that truly works together. What does he enjoy most about Gregory? "The family feel. From day one, everyone's been helpful and supportive. I'm extremely happy—at my age, that's what matters most." When he's not on-site or in meetings, Malcolm is likely playing soccer, gigging with one of his bands, or enjoying the outdoors. Gregory is excited to announce another project award, with a valuable repeat client! We will be working this project out of our Mid-Atlantic office, installing dry utilities on a data center campus. Gregory will provide the excavation, conduit installation, concrete encasement and backfill for the medium voltage and telecom duct banks as well as the site lighting. We are proud of our team for Setting the Standard in our industry and earning another opportunity to build the future! #GregoryConstruction

Meet Connor, our IT Administrator who's been part of the Gregory crew for four months! From solving tech issues to setting up new hires, no two days look the same for him. Connor says one of his favorite things about working here is how you feel like family from day one. He's engaged to his fiancée Faith (they're tying the knot in February!) and they share a dog named Zena. Outside of work, Connor enjoys going to church, attending concerts, and playing disc golf. For those not from rural areas, that's a three-foot-tall corn stalk growing in the middle of a concrete island. It’s absolutely thriving, despite everything working against it. No soil. No irrigation. No fertilizer. Just grit and willpower. If that picture does not embody Gregory Construction’s core value of Determination, I don’t know what does. Sometimes success is simply finding a way to push through regardless of circumstances. Many times, things don’t start out or go the way we intend. That’s where Determination and Firmness of Purpose comes in. Also, understanding your "why" and committing fully. By the way, the one ear of corn on this stalk has been picked. I know who it was, but I won't name them publicly.
