For more than 30 years, Burdick’s Bar & Grill - located inside the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites Kalamazoo - has been a go-to destination for game days, great food, team celebrations, and memorable experiences in the heart of downtown. As part of Greenleaf Hospitality Group’s broader vision to serve as the host of Kalamazoo, our team has spent the past several months thoughtfully planning the next chapter of this locally rooted brand. Through in-depth market research, collaboration with internal teams, and work with creative partners, every detail has been shaped to reflect both Burdick’s legacy and its bold future. Today, we are proud to reveal the updated Burdick’s Downtown logo. This marks the first step in a full renovation and reopening planned for this fall. We're excited to spotlight another member of our Executive Leadership Team, our CEO, Tim Rayman! Q: What upcoming project are you most excited about and why? A: The Championship Golf Course renovation at the Kalamazoo Country Club is the project I'm most excited about. To see the craftsmanship of Andrew Green out on our 145 acres is going to be really exciting to be involved in. It'll be our first real non brick & mortar project. Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? A: I'm a pizza guy! I love all styles of pizza but I'm not a fan of fruit on pizza! My go to slice is sausage and banana peppers! Q: What’s a hobby or interest you’re passionate about outside of work? A: I really love the game of golf! It's very challenging both from a mental side of the game and of course the skill side of the game. I love that it can be competitive or a fun evening with friends and family. Q: What’s a fun fact most people don’t know about you? A: I'm a Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner through the PGA Tour! I selected Jim Furyk to win the 2023 US Open which won my wife and I an all paid expense trip to Hawaii to participate in the Champions of Golf event! I was paired up with Mike Weir in the Pro Am!
