After initially working a production role behind the scenes, Aidan found his stride on the sales floor where he truly shines as a cashier.    Thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always kind, Aidan is now one of the store’s top Round Up heroes, encouraging customers to support Goodwill’s mission with every transaction. Frederick Ndabaramiye came to Goodwill in need of support navigating his disability to achieve his career goals. Despite losing his hands at age 15, Frederick never lost his spirit or his dreams. With support from Goodwill Northern New England, Frederick found meaningful work at American Roots . He now inspires others with disabilities to pursue employment and independence. “Work connects us,” he says. “It changes lives.”   Frederick’s story is a powerful reminder that when we create opportunities for all abilities, we unlock potential that uplifts entire communities.
