Incredible work happening once again at Forgotten Harvest. We're grateful to help contribute and support their efforts to get food to the community this Easter weekend. It’s always inspiring to see the dedication and heart this team puts into serving local families. Thank you for all you do. #CommunityFirst #DetroitStrong #Grateful
This week, we received another very special gift from our friends at EW Grobbel. Twenty-two pallets of goodies arrived at our loading docks on Tuesday to send out to the community for Easter weekend. This large gift included 843 cases of sausage varieties and 1,183 cases of Ba-Tampte half-sour pickles (7,098 jars). E.W. Grobbel’s is the oldest corned beef company, proudly serving quality meats since 1883 in Detroit’s Eastern Market. This local staple has been a long-time partner of ours, also giving back to the community with large donations around St. Patrick’s Day and the end-of-year celebrations.
