Last Wednesday we printed 2 MILLION cans of BRĒZ 🤯 Next to me is a pallet of 8,069 cans In 16 hours, we printed 250 pallets 8,069 x 250 = 2,017,250 Once the printers get up to full speed, they're printing 2,200+ cans per minute. Thats 36+ cans per second (Almost twice as fast as the average machine gun) 🫨 For about a year, we have been using digitally printed cans. Digitally printed cans look incredible. They give you creative freedom, insane design flexibility, and beautiful results. But digital printing doesn’t scale. It’s too expensive, too slow, and not built for mass production. Offset printing is the real-world step. It's why every major beverage brand on earth uses offset printing as their default. It requires lots of teamwork, communication, long lead times, and serious volume. But once you’re there, you unlock: → Faster production → Lower cost per unit → True scalability You don't switch to offset unless demand is real. Offset printing is a blend between large scale commercial production and a fine art. It’s precise, unforgiving, and extremely physical. The factory is hot, loud, and relentless. Every minute that the machines stop is a loss of potential revenue. The teams are on their feet for long hours. Every shift is about precision under pressure. Ensuring that thousands of cans per minute run clean, straight, and accurate. It’s easy to take a finished aluminum can for granted. But behind every can is a group of people doing grueling, detailed work — in conditions that most corporate folks wouldn’t last an hour in. This run doesn’t happen without them. Much respect to the crew at Crown Holdings, Inc. Their machinery and infrastructure make the scale possible, but their team are the heroes bringing it to life. Special thanks to Bryan House and Deborah Dumproff for working alongside me to make sure that our cans look beautiful, and our team at BRĒZ working behind the scenes with me to make this dream a reality Kenia G. , Travis Freedom, Preston Campbell, PhD, Nick Shackelford, Daniel Gelshteyn, Brian Dewey, Aaron Nosbisch, Josephine Le, Daniel Crocker, Corbin Martin, Liana Bogran, Andrea Golan, Amber Huelle and many more ❤️🔥 Here's to the future of drinking 🫧
