Then & Now! ⛰️💫 In 2011, Esteban began his Disney journey — guiding guests on comedic voyages as a skipper on the Jungle Cruise before working as a tour guide in Guest Relations. Since then, he has stepped into leadership roles, including as a stage manager with Guest Relations and Cast Costuming. Today, he explores the world of attractions at Grizzly Peak in Disney California Adventure park as an Attractions stage manager and furthers his passion for storytelling as a media spokesperson. Esteban shares, “I’ve been able to make many of my dreams come true working at Disneyland, and one thing that never gets old is seeing both guests and cast members make their own dreams come true as well.” #DisneyCastLife

This summer, 20 students from the Anaheim Union High School District took part in the AIME (Anaheim’s Innovative Mentoring Experience) program at Disneyland Resort. Now in its sixth year, this incredible opportunity allowed students to connect with cast members, explore career pathways and gain firsthand experience across the resort — even getting the chance to meet Disneyland Resort President Thomas Mazloum! Huge congratulations to these future leaders! ✨
