By leveraging our proprietary OncoSim toolkit, which combines mechanistic and machine learning models across over 1,000 oncology cell lines, we screen millions of gene combinations in silico to identify promising therapeutic targets. Our approach has already predicted over 100 novel synthetic lethal pairs, with some validated experimentally, and has the potential to stratify patients, predict resistance mutations, and guide drug prioritization.
