Please join us in welcoming Jennifer Dean to the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) Board of Directors! Jennifer serves as Director of Legal Operations for CYM Living LLC, where she oversees resident facing legal issues and legal operational compliance, concentrating in Chicago and Cook County multifamily housing. Jennifer has been an active member of CAA’s Legislative Committee since 2015.  She earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Bard College. Jennifer was inducted to the Board of Directors during the CAA’s annual board meeting held in early April.

Huge congratulations to Susan F. on her promotion to Regional Manager! With over a decade of experience in property management, Susan has consistently demonstrated leadership, dedication, and a deep commitment to excellence. Her journey—from Senior Property Manager to Senior Zone Leader and now Regional Manager—speaks volumes about her expertise and impact in the industry. We’re excited to see how she continues to lead and inspire in this new role! Join us in congratulating Susan on this well-earned achievement!
