Meet Michelle Cuellar, BT! “Transitioning into working a Psychology related field, I was so nervous but the amount of support from my team has made this experience amazing! I’ve always wanted to become a counselor, specifically for adolescents going into adulthood. Having the opportunity to work in a therapy related field is an absolute miracle and I feel so lucky working under this company. My favorite part of this job is seeing how far the kids have come! Seeing different goals needing to be targeted because they were able to achieve their previous goal is amazing to see! A fun fact is that I taught myself how to draw and love to explore different mediums of art!”

Meet Shruti Rao, BCBA! “I am a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of New York and recently in New Jersey. I have been working with Comprehensive Behavior Support as a BCBA since 2014 and I’ve been a special educator since 2006 and I truly enjoy the ability to engage with young learners with Autism. While my work in the field of Behavior Analysis is rewarding, Comprehensive allows me the opportunity to work one to one with not only the student during supervision, but also train the Behavior Technician in Behavior. I enjoy working at Comprehensive because they have taken the time to select cases/clients for me based on my criteria. During Covid, they continued to provide flexibility of telehealth services. Recently, their launch of BK Behavior Ventures Trainings have provided opportunities for BCBA’s to stay current on the latest research and techniques. When I am not working at Comprehensive, I also work at the New York City Department of Education in District 75 as a BCBA, where I provide training to teachers and paraprofessionals on Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Management and Structured Teaching, so, needless to say, I enjoy this field immensely and I access reinforcement when there is desired behavior change in clients, Behavior Technicians, Teachers and Students. A fun fact about myself is that I am a dog lover and also work as an adoption counselor for a rescue group. I also enjoy singing Indian Classical music and Karaoke. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, and my family!”

This week, our leadership team joined regional directors from across the country for an incredible two-day gathering—full of strategy, collaboration, and connection. We’re proud to be part of a network that leads with heart, builds together, and puts patient care at the center of every conversation.
Two days. One team. One mission. This week, we hosted our quarterly leadership summit for our operational, regional and clinical directors - doing what remote calls can’t always capture: ✅ Sitting around the same table ✅ Sharing challenges and solutions ✅ Aligning on our mission and strategy ✅ Strengthening the relationships that make teamwork actually work We talked about how to better support our teams, show up for our patients and families, and build a culture that’s consistent—no matter where you’re located. These moments of face-to-face connection remind us why we do what we do. It’s not just about processes. It’s about people. And it’s about showing up as one aligned, collaborative, and mission-driven team. We’re lucky to work alongside such passionate, thoughtful, and dedicated leaders—and even luckier to call them our people. 💙 #Leadership #MissionDrivenWork #RegionalTeam #Collaboration #CultureMatters #ABATherapy

Meet LaDamian Ferguson! “I enjoy working at this company because of the opportunity it gives me to gain experience in the field and help children. I also am very thankful for my team members who work with me so I can provide the best quality care for clients. I greatly appreciate my BCBA’s open communication, guidance and feedback when I find myself a bit confused or unsure of what to do. I know I can also turn to my team when there is an issue or situation I am having trouble with! I was drawn to the field of ABA because I have a passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. As a psychology major I’m especially interested in how behavior can be understood and shaped in ways that truly improve a person's quality of life. Now I get to make a direct impact by supporting clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. It’s rewarding to see even small progress and know that I'm part of a team making a long-term difference. My absolute favorite part of the job is seeing the progress my client makes over time. Even small improvements like learning to ask for help or make consistent eye contact feels incredibly meaningful because I know how much effort went into that moment. I also really enjoy building a connection with each client and learning how to best support their unique needs. It’s rewarding to know that my work is helping someone gain skills that will improve their everyday life. One fun fact about me is that I enjoy watching and playing basketball!”

Meet Janet Delgado! “I enjoy the flexibility of the schedule. I am able to create a schedule that works for my life and family. I joined this field of work because I saw the value in how ABA applies to everyday life. I am not only able to support my clients but my family and friends with the insight of ABA. My favorite part of the job is parent training. I find it to be the most challenging but also the most rewarding. It's obvious the clients benefit from ABA therapy, however the caregivers are such an important part of the success of ABA that their participation becomes the key piece in their child's progress. My idea of fun is getting up extra early to run with my run group before work. I am also the mother to the most incredible 20 month old baby girl.”
