We just hit $40,000 in weekly sales — out of a 400 sq ft ghost kitchen. When we launched our Hawaiian Bros location a month and a half ago, the general expectation was that we’d hit $20K… eventually. As in, within the first few years. Hitting double that this early wasn’t even in the conversation. But here we are. $40K/week. 6 weeks in. And we’re doing it out of a space smaller than most people’s garages. This didn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of a team that shows up with heart, hustle, and insane attention to detail every single day. Our crew is small but mighty — and the culture we’re building is what I’m most proud of. Everyone owns the mission, takes pride in every plate, and supports one another like family (ohana, for real). Personally, this has been one of the most challenging and rewarding leadership experiences I’ve had. It’s tested me, pushed me, and taught me more than I imagined — and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
