Our London team has been on the move!🏃♂️ Last month, the CA London office traded spreadsheets for running shoes and took on the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. The event brought together teams from across London for an evening of friendly rivalry and fun, racing the unique 3.5-mile distance that nods to the original event in Central Park. Every step counted towards a good cause, as the event supports the Family Action Charity and strengthens our connection to the wider London business community. The momentum continued throughout the month - later in July, the CA London Run Club laced up to take on the monthly Serpentine Run around one of London's most iconic routes. Congratulations to all our runners for representing CA while hitting PR after PR!

This year’s report highlights that the proportion of women at partner-level roles and above has doubled since 2017. While this marks significant progress, there remains important work ahead to achieve true gender parity. Access the full report here: https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.pow.ly/cZHH50WzsYE #AllRaise

Earlier this month, colleagues from our London office took part in the annual WaterAid Dragon Boat Race in Canary Wharf. This year the Boat Race raised nearly £60,000 in support of WaterAid's mission to end the water, sanitation, and hygiene crisis around the world. 🏆Our team secured an impressive third place overall! And their coordinated outfits really fit the bill, earning them the Best Dressed award.🦆 Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and supported our efforts, and thank you to WaterAid for hosting a day of teamwork, fun, and creating a positive social impact!
