As a fully remote team, it was a valuable opportunity to connect in person, align on our goals for H2, and brainstorm new ways to drive Budderfly’s mission forward. From impactful strategy sessions to exploring the city together, it was a week full of collaboration, inspiration, and fun.

In collaboration with Budderfly, we embarked on a comprehensive project to replace the HVAC systems, change incandescent bulb lights with LED lights in the parking lots, kitchens, and lobbies of our three restaurants in North Atlanta, Georgia. This initiative undertaken by MM Hospitality Group LLC sought to achieve the following objectives: 1. Enhance the overall customer and team member experience and comfort levels across all restaurants by using high efficiency HVAC units. 2. Minimize energy consumption and consequently reduce our carbon footprint. 3. Decrease unnecessary expenses associated with maintenance and repairs. We will continue implementing initiatives that will enhance the Bojangles brand’s visibility and position it as a positive force in the community.
