Yesterday was my last day at SOCMA. It’s still surreal to say that. For 12 years of my career (including nearly 9 as CEO), SOCMA has been more than a job. It’s been a calling, a community, and a place where I poured my heart into building something that matters. What started as a mission to modernize a trade association became a journey filled with vision, grit, and deep connections. As I turn the page and begin a new chapter at the American Cleaning Institute, I carry with me immense pride and even more gratitude.
