Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women who somehow make the impossible, possible, balancing countless demands with strength and grace. A special shout-out to the amazing moms at Auger. Your impact is felt every day, and we’re so grateful for all you do. Most importantly, I want to thank my wife, Leigh Anne Clark. Building Auger together has been such a joy and a tremendous shared experience. It’s truly a family effort, and it has been amazing to see how she brings her unique talents into every part of the business while keeping our kids at the center of it all. She is an extraordinary mother and partner, and I can’t imagine doing this without her.

I couldn’t make the event (was out with the crew in Bentonville), but the team showed up in true Auger formal, all cleaned up, swagged out, and ready to seize the moment. We had the chance to live one of our Operating Principles: Savor the Summit. Last night, the team did an awesome job showing off that principle. Now today, we’re back on the mountain for our customers!

We’re excited to share that Gopi Prashanth is joining Auger as our Chief AI and Agentic Scientist. Gopi will be instrumental in building Auger’s Supply Chain LLM and delivering agentic solutions for our customers—unlocking the power of their systemic data. He brings decades of experience at the intersection of deep learning, systems architecture, and real-world physical processes. Most recently, he was a key leader on the AI initiatives at Salesforce, advancing the shift from automation to truly autonomous agentic systems capable of planning, reasoning and acting in complex enterprise environments. Before that, he pioneered computer vision and edge AI systems at Amazon Go and Dash Carts, scaling them from concept to production across hundreds of retail locations. At Auger, Gopi is joining our technical leadership team at a pivotal moment as we get ready to deploy our product to the first customers early this summer. He’ll lead efforts to embed intelligence into our core OS—designing agentic systems that serve as incredible virtual team members helping supply chain leaders take control of their supply chain's planning and execution all on a single pane of glass. He embodies our principles of Defaulting to Bold and Hunting the Horizon in both word and action and we are excited for what is coming for customers as a result.   A Word from Gopi “I’m thrilled to be joining Auger! And then there were two… Here are the final two Auger operating principles, and indeed two of my favorites. One of the most enjoyable aspects of our culture is the rich humor and wit found across our team. We genuinely enjoy laughing together, a trait I've always valued, clearly reflected in our selection process. An unexpected insight for me has been realizing how much humor serves as a signal of high-agency individuals. People with a robust sense of humor rarely exhibit a victim mentality. Instead, humor becomes a powerful source fueling resilience and grit. Thanks again for all the thoughtful feedback on our principles this week. It’s genuinely exciting to build something impactful for customers and ourselves. Crush Complexity Tame the chaos. Simplify ruthlessly. Complexifiers have no place here. Here’s who just joined the climb: Dr. Izzy Doctor — VP, Supply Chain Data Science  Izzy brings 15+ years of experience translating AI and optimization algorithms into real-world outcomes. He’s led data orgs at Meta, Amazon, and Amgen, co-founded ventures in tech and logistics, and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering. At Auger, he’s scaling data science into a core driver of intelligent supply chain systems. Mohit Sinha — Principal Engineer  Mohit has spent the last decade building secure, scalable ML infrastructure at AWS and Amazon One—from biometric ID platforms to cloud-native AI systems in highly regulated environments. He’s architecting the technical spine of Auger’s OS: fast, multi-tenant, and privacy-first. Casey Silver — Principal Security Engineer  Casey has over a decade of experience securing complex systems, most recently leading software supply chain security at Palantir. At Auger, he’s building a security program that’s embedded end-to-end—from infrastructure to incident response. Shreyas Desai — Principal Technical Product Manager  Shreyas is leading development of Auger’s 0→1 AI-native data product. He led Global Data Sharing at Snowflake, supported its largest customer as a Technical Account Manager, and previously built big data systems at AWS and Alert Logic. He brings deep technical fluency and product vision to one of our most foundational builds. Chris Moore — Customer Solutions Engineer  Chris brings a rare blend of experience—physics labs, semiconductor R&D, and nine years as a Navy SEAL. He’s worked with research teams at UW, MIT, and OSU, and developed next-gen hardware at Lumotive. At Auger, he bridges product and customer with precision and field-first focus. Lydia Wang — Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance  Lydia is helping drive Auger’s financial discipline and strategic partnerships. She played a key role in Amazon’s Industrial Innovation Fund, led FP&A of AWS regions, and held M&A and equity research roles at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan. Alright, it’s Day 4 of the Auger Operating Principles. Today's set reflects how we think about our relationships with our people and partners, highlighting the integrity and transparency we owe these stakeholders.
