Meet Kate Rooke, our Assistant Association Manager at Aileron. A licensed real estate agent with a strong background in both real estate and association management, Kate brings experience, attention to detail, and steady support to every community she works with. From accounting and vendor coordination to assisting Boards of Directors, she helps keep operations running smoothly every day. We’re so glad to have her on the Aileron team.

Great design is all in the details—and when it came time to reimagine the guest bathrooms at one of our boutique properties, The Inn at Crestwood, we knew exactly who to call. Our friends at 4 Forty Four brought thoughtful vision, refined taste, and a deep understanding of how comfort meets style in hospitality. The result? Elevated spaces that feel fresh, intentional, and true to Crestwood’s character. At Aileron, collaboration with creative partners like 4 Forty Four is what helps make our properties feel like home—for every guest, every time.

These three properties are where it all began: Hampton Inn Appleton Fox River Mall Area, Hampton Inn West Des Moines Lake Drive, and Hampton Inn Milwaukee/Brookfield. In 2019, we launched Aileron Management in Greenville, SC, with just these hotels. Since then, we’ve grown to manage a diverse portfolio of branded hotels, boutique properties, and association communities. Located in the heart of Boone, The Horton blends boutique style with local charm—offering rooftop views, thoughtful design, and exceptional service. Now in the midst of an exciting expansion, The Horton will soon welcome even more guests to experience its unique character and hospitality.

From front desk agent to innkeeper—Tina’s journey at one of our boutique properties, Elizabeth Pointe, is a true reflection of dedication and growth here at Aileron. She began at the front desk, moved into a leadership role as Front Desk Manager, and was recently promoted to Innkeeper. Her commitment to excellence and passion for creating meaningful guest experiences make her the perfect fit to lead this beloved oceanfront property.
