Continuous reinvention has been essential at Best Buy. Hear from CEO Corie Barry as she shares Best Buy's reinvention story—and her commitment to growth and adaption—in a conversation with Julie Sweet, our Chair & CEO. https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.paccntu.re/4ov4nTd [Video Description: Video begins with Corie Barry, CEO of Best Buy sharing, “Customer shopping patterns have changed markedly.” The screen splits to show both Corie Barry and Julie Sweet, Accenture Chair & CEO, and then switches to footage of consumers shopping in different ways as Corie continues, “They’re much less brand loyal. They find that retail isn’t the inspiring experience it used to be. It feels a little more transactional. And heresy, they don’t need us to always be the expert. They need us to be empathetic. They need us to care. They need us to find the right solutions. And so what we are doing is re-engineering, whether that’s the in-store experience or whether that’s the digital experience around real personalized discovery. So for our whole team, when you know explicitly how you want a customer to feel, I do think you re-engineer completely how you think about going to market.” Julie Sweet shares, “It’s something that you’ve been so great at, you know, helping consumers, meeting with them where they are, being able to bring them different kinds of technology delivered in lots of different ways.” Against a white background, the word “REINVENTED” appears. The “V” turns on its side to become the Accenture “Greater Than” logo, which zooms out to reveal the full text: “REINVENTED WITH Accenture”].

“AI is only a technology. The value comes from reinvention of how we work, our workforces and the tools we use. We are making sure that we are leading the way with our own reinvention,” shared our Chair and CEO, Julie Sweet, in conversation with Fortune. Dive into Julie's reflection on how we're helping our partners and clients thrive in the age of AI and celebrate her journey through the years. https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/ebr76-9Z
“Julie is one of the top leaders in the corporate world, period.” Those who have worked with Accenture CEO Julie Sweet say she regularly makes bold leaps following a specific recipe: She rigorously studies the topic in question (war, the cloud, AI), seeks insights from a wide range of people, and then makes breathtakingly swift decisions. This formula has made Accenture, a $176 billion company, an unlikely trailblazer. Since the start of Sweet’s tenure, Accenture’s market capitalization has almost doubled, from $90 billion in 2018, the year before Sweet was named global CEO. And the growth is thanks to Sweet’s demonstrated ability to see trends and get ahead of them. Read more in the latest issue of Fortune: https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/ebr76-9Z
