Project/Data Analyst

What does a successful Project/Data Analyst do at Fiserv?

The Project Analyst leads, coordinates, or participates in 1-2 assigned minor projects simultaneously, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. Creates business /process flows, develops/performs system testing, and analyses solutions, KPIs.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for Client Delivery project & Portfolio reporting – Including SharePoint, Clarity, and Executive & Project level where appropriate
• Maintenance and support of the Holiday Database as required by Client Delivery management
• Ownership & maintenance of the Client Delivery Business Continuity Plan
• Support full lifecycle projects with inter-dependent or direct resources as instructed by the Project Manager, to include, but not limited to supporting Project Plans, RAID, CRs Lessons Learn & PIRs
• Support, run, manage PMO duties as needed/instructed by the Project Manager. Perform, document and drive through project Health Checks with the Project Managers
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and workshops involving internal and external participants. Manage Purchase ordering on behalf of the project manager supporting vendors / 3rd parties
• Review, suggest and drive process improvements and efficiencies with the engagement & delivery models
• Support & Drive KPI and improvements by client, by portfolio under instruction from the project manager. Support, drive Mentoring and knowledge share schemes. Support engagement model improvements, KPIs & Reporting for First Data vendors & suppliers
  
  

What You Will Need To Have

• A strong interest in starting a career with GBS Tech
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills & meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to facilitate meetings, reviews, workshops involving internal & external participants
• Expert in MSOffice Products especially WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and MS-Project
