Welcome to Joss Search, Ciara, Amy, and Bridget! (L-R)   We're thrilled to welcome three new faces to our New York team - let's get to know them…   ⭐ Amy joins us as an Executive Principal Consultant in our permanent recruitment team. Amy started her working life in the arts, studying History of Art and working in art auction houses before finding her way into recruitment nine years ago. Having started recruiting temp roles in London, Amy moved to the US and began specialising in permanent roles across major cities there, particularly within financial services. Outside of work, Amy is always up for an adventure. Her highlights include road-tripping the Pacific Coast Highway from San Diego to Napa Valley, hiking Sedona’s red rocks, and experiencing some live country music in Nashville!   ⭐ Ciara joins us as an Associate Consultant in our permanent recruitment team. She studied Psychology and Sociology before working in recruitment in Dublin. In May, Ciara took the big step of moving to New York and hasn't looked back since! She loves exploring NYC, playing Camogie and meeting new people.   ⭐ Bridget joins us as an Associate Consultant in our temporary recruitment team. She brings over a decade of experience in financial compliance and risk consulting, but a passion for building relationships, mentoring colleagues and supporting career growth led to her making the move into recruitment. Bridget loves holistic wellness and fitness and loves finding new ways to support both her mental and physical health.   Our London team have loved meeting the three of you and Cassondra in person during your visit to the UK this week. Nicola has played a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy and driving growth across the business since she joined Joss Search in 2020. Ever feel like your job is a bit of a mystery to others? 🕵️♀️   Executive Assistants juggle calendars, master logistics and find ways to make things happen. But how often do others fully get what you do?

A few months ago, a candidate came to us feeling stuck.
