This June, our teams across Dublin, London, New York, and Tianjin took part in meaningful CSR initiatives, giving back to the communities where we live and work.   In Dublin, colleagues volunteered at Enable Ireland Sandymount School, helping with gardening efforts to support this co-educational special school.   In London, the team collected and donated professional workwear to Smart Works Charity, a UK charity that empowers unemployed women to re-enter the workforce.   In New York, colleagues participated in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, which supports the Central Park Conservancy, helping maintain one of the city’s most iconic green spaces.   And in Tianjin, our team supported the city’s sustainable transport goals by relocating over 80 misplaced shared bicycles to five designated parking zones.   #BOCAviation #Aircraftleasing #CSR #EnableIreland #SmartWorks #JPMCC #CorporateResponsibility

BOC Aviation has appointed Yogesh Farswani as Head of OEM Strategy and Procurement with effect from 1 July 2025. In his new role, he will assume responsibility for the Procurement department, in addition to existing responsibilities for engines, encompassing aircraft and engine procurement as well as our wider OEM engagement activities. He will continue to report to Chief Operating Officer, Tom Chandler. Yogesh assumes these new additional responsibilities from Alistair Greig, who retires on 30 June 2025. “Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Alistair for his 22 years of dedication to growing our fleet, which now exceeds 800 owned, managed and on order aircraft. BOC Aviation CEO and Managing Director Steven Townend spoke at the MUFG 2025 Global Aviation Conference on the sidelines of the 2025 International Paris Air Show. Discussion topics included opportunities across asset types and client segments, the outlook for lease rates and residual values, effective funding channels as well as growth strategies for BOC Aviation. Steven was joined on the Lessor CEO panel by Tom Baker, CEO and President of Aviation Capital Group (ACG), and Andy Cronin, CEO, Avolon. BOC Aviation has entered into an agreement with Airbus to purchase nine Airbus A320NEO aircraft and has committed those aircraft on long-term leases to avianca. BOC Aviation’s senior management gathered in Hong Kong for the Company’s investor day earlier this week.   CEO Steven Townend reiterated the Company’s 2035 vision – to be a US$50 billion Company.    Guest speaker, Darren Hulst, Boeing’s VP Commercial Marketing, provided a commercial market update, emphasising the importance of lessors as partners to Boeing, with the top 20% of lessors managing 80% of the global leased fleet.    Tom Chandler, COO, demonstrated how the Company is building its orderbook despite supply chain challenges, and how the application of enhanced asset management techniques is driving high aircraft utilisation.   Paul Kent, CCO, detailed the strategy behind the Company’s product development and positioning, ensuring a broad product range to meet airlines requirements at any point of the industry cycle.   Head of Treasury, Mui Sin Chan, reminded the audience that BOC Aviation has the highest credit ratings amongst aircraft operating lessors, and took the audience through BOC Aviation’s funding strategy, which takes a comprehensive approach to funding and liability management.   Thank you to our banks and investors for joining us at the session.   #BOCAviation #Aircraftleasing #Aviation

At BOC Aviation, we believe that meaningful impact starts from within and we are proud of our employees who are supporting our community through purposeful action.   Over 120 pre-loved books were donated in support of #DignityMama – a social enterprise that empowers young adults with disabilities and their caregivers the by equipping them with entrepreneurial skills to manage second-hand bookstores.   This May, 60 of our Singapore-based employees volunteered their time at Willing Hearts and Food from the Heart, preparing meals and packing of essential food items for underprivileged families.   These collective efforts reflect our commitment to social responsibility. When Fong Li Ling and Michelle Tan reached their 25th anniversary with BOC Aviation, they received a pleasant surprise. The Company whisked them off on a flight from Singapore to Boeing's facility in Seattle for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the facilities and the preparation of BOC Aviation’s own aircraft for delivery to a customer.
