Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Accounts & Finance, based in #Udaipur. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handle day-to-day accounting tasks along with the GST compliances, handling GST audits. * Direct taxation, preparing financial statements, overseeing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. * Coordinating with the leadership for budget preparation, financial analysis, and handling statutory audits. * Working with the management / delivery functions to keep a close control on the costs and margins. And, seeing things around is surely painful as never earlier. The gap of relevance is widening. India reported 7% fresh engineers consumed last year in 2024 in core roles. 2025 reports around 12%. And, the rationale is not just AI taking over; It is also due to people failing to stay relevant. #AI has been, and will be an enabler for a foreseeable future (Debatable though). #AI assisted humans or humans assisted #AI, not sure how the future will be. However, one thing is clear, education is no more important as it used to be a decade ago. Even though it might still be, but emphasis is more on skills and abilities of an individual to learn and be better everyday. One such story I have seen up close. #Announcement It has been a few years, since I have been spending time on late night conversations, brainstorming, and problem solving with Keertish Shrimali, with almost every trip to Bengaluru. Here is a professional update that I am extremely happy about, and relieved with. Though the announcement is coming a bit late, it is extremely important for us at CXfirst.ai and FiveS Digital. I lost count of how many people did I talk to, for filling this void for years as a Solo founder. And, finally Keertish has joined in as Co-founder (partner in crime). Keertish is a management graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, with an engineering degree from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. With Keertish onboard, there are some exciting stuffs happening at #FiveS and #CXFirst, both. We, at FiveS Digital, are possibly one of the very few #BPM Cos. globally, that has a solid BPO and Non-BPO mix at the leadership level. We are at 50% split now, and both hovering at a cumulative experience of 100 yrs each :-). With CXfirst.ai, we are building #OaaS (Outcome as a Service) model, learning from our approaches, successes, and failures building and scaling #FiveS. We are solving complex issues with First Principles approach. And, for sure, we are not going to be just another #AIAgent, #VoiceAgent, #ChatAgent company.
