At Parfums Christian Dior, inclusivity is at the heart of our values and is an integral part of our CSR policy supporting disability inclusion. Last March, we were happy to announce the permanent integration of Rémi and Vincent; both with severe autism; within our packaging teams at Saint-Jean de Braye and Chartres industrial sites. Our Engagement Week in June, gave us the opportunity to celebrate our partnership with VETA (Vivre et Travailler Autrement ), an association dedicated to integrating employees with autism, during a conference with VETA’s president, Jean François Dufresne. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Vincent’s parents, whose son was the first autistic employee hired at Parfums Christian Dior. They shared a very moving testimony on the remarkable progresses Vincent has made since joining us. We were also happy to announce the recent arrival of Nicolas at Saint-Jean de Braye. At Parfums Christian Dior, we commit and act to re-enchant the world.    At the end of June, we held our second Engagement Week, TOGETHER DIOR, a major international event that our CSR teams organized as part of a comprehensive initiative aiming to celebrate not only our commitment, but also our positive impact on society and on the environment.   Over five amazing days, TOGETHER DIOR was dedicated to making a difference through CSR activities, vibrant workshops, inspiring conferences, and volunteering.  This year, more than 7,500 participants responded to our call to action and lived up to our commitments : cultivating care and nature preservation. At Parfums Christian Dior, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels safe and supported. Every year in France, 270,000 complaints are filed for domestic violence, and among the complainants, 62% are employees. The company, where people spend a large part of their time, can become a refuge — a safe, protective, and caring place and this what Parfums Christian Dior has committed to by obtaining the Safe Place label, created by the association 125 et Après led by Sarah Barukh. To obtain this certification, Parfums Christian Dior has already put in place three specific actions as part of its CSR policy, with plans to introduce new initiatives each year: a dedicated domestic violence support team, a confidential self-assessment tool, and the possibility for victims to report incidents during working hours. During the second edition of Engagement Week, "Together Dior," we hosted a powerful talk with Sarah Barukh to celebrate the maison’s Safe Place certification.
