    We move forward with our expansion plan and strengthen our presence in Italy with a new store in Messina, at Viale San Martino 159, the main commercial avenue of the city. The new point of sale exclusively stocks the Woman collection and features New Med, a Mediterranean-inspired store concept that reflects the spirit and freshness of the brand. We have been present in Italy since 2001. At the end of 2024, we had more than 100 points of sale in the country, as well as a digital presence through our own online channel and third-party marketplaces. #LifeAtMango #Mango #Expansion

    Yesterday, we received the Best Business Project Award at the 2nd edition of the Spanish Fashion Academy Awards, organized by the Fundación Academia de la Moda Española (FAME) and Radiotelevisión Española. The award, presented by a jury comprising over 130 representatives across the Spanish fashion sector, acknowledges our 40 years of experience as a benchmark in Spanish fashion promoting creativity, innovation and textile know-how from Barcelona to over 120 markets worldwide.     As our Chief Global Retail Officer and member of the Board of Directors, César DE VICENTE SANDOVAL, expressed upon accepting the award: "The story of Mango is the story of a dream—the dream of our founder, Isak Andic, to create unique, high-quality fashion."    We are a global company with design and creativity at the core of our business model.     We reinforce our solid track record and highlight the progress we have made over the past few years with double-digit growth in the first half of 2025. Our financial results show a turnover of 1,728 million euros, which represents a 12% increase compared to the first half of the previous year, highlighting a 14% growth at constant exchange rates. These results are attributed to the solid development and expansion of all our channels, which have registered like-for-like growth, along with the positive reception of our collections by customers and our distinctive value proposition.  International business accounted for 78% of total turnover, with Spain, France, Turkey, Germany, and the United States recording the highest turnover figures. We have continued to expand and renovate our stores, with 78 net openings and 30 refurbishments worldwide, bringing the total to 2,925 points of sale in more than 120 markets globally. The online channel also increased its turnover, representing 31% of the company's total, a figure that remains above the sector average and continues to be one of the key levers of our business model. #Mango #LifeAtMango #Corporate

    We are pleased to announce the appointment of Helena Helmersson, former CEO at H&M Group, as a new independent member of our Board of Directors, further consolidating our corporate governance structure.  With over 20 years of international experience in the fashion industry, Helena has held various leadership roles within the H&M Group, including Chief Executive Officer from 2020 to 2024. Her career extends to leading key areas such as sustainability, production, and global operations. Additionally, she is chairwoman of the board of Circulose and a board member of On Holding AG and Quizrr. This appointment, aligned with international best practices, reinforces the professionalized management model that Mango has developed in recent years.     We move forward with our expansion plan and strengthen our presence in the United Kingdom with a new store in Broughton Shopping Park, the leading Chester shopping destination. The new point of sale offers products from the Woman line exclusively and features the New Med Mediterranean-inspired store concept, reflecting the spirit and freshness of the brand. We have been present in the United Kingdom since 1999. At the end of 2024, we had more than 80 points of sale in the country, as well as a digital presence through our own online channel and other marketplaces.     At Mango, we are committed to and support initiatives that promote equality, young talent and education. For this reason, we have hosted the STEModa Club Days at our facilities, a project driven alongside Inspiring Girls España, which aims to bring young women closer to the world of fashion from an innovative and creative perspective with a strong focus on STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).     At Mango, we take another step forward in our commitment to innovation and delivering personalized fashion experiences by launching Mango Stylist, our new virtual assistant powered by generative artificial intelligence. A pioneering conversational tool in the fashion sector designed to enhance the online shopping journey through tailored recommendations, outfit proposals, and the latest trends. Currently available for the Woman line in around 10 markets, mainly in Europe and the United States, Mango Stylist allows customers to engage with fashion in a natural, conversational way, both on our e-commerce platform and our Instagram account.
