Last week, we celebrated the grand opening of Tricon Viridian in Arlington — a new build-to-rent community adding 46 professionally managed single-family homes in the heart of the Viridian master-planned community. Recent estimates show that Texas needs approximately 320,000 additional homes to meet current demand. Helping to address this shortage, Tricon now has nearly 1,100 BTR homes completed or underway across the state. Led by Andy Carmody, the celebration brought together our partners from HHS Residential LLC, a Highland Homes Company and Johnson Development Corp., along with Mayor Jim Ross and members of the Arlington City Council. Their collaboration and support are vital to expanding quality housing options for local families.

Maple House at Canary Landing is featured in Toronto Life Magazine's August edition, showcasing our rooftop amenities thoughtfully designed by CCxA—the landscape architects behind Toronto’s Sugar Beach, Berczy Park, and Love Park.   Spanning over 17,000 sq. ft across three residential buildings, these park-inspired outdoor spaces were envisioned for flexibility, wellness, and community. Tricon Residential was pleased to host @MayorOliviaChow, federal Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities @NateErskineSmith, MP @JulieDabrusin, and Deputy Mayor @AusmaMalik at Maple House at Canary Landing yesterday for a historic announcement on federal funding for purpose-built rental housing in Toronto.   CMHC’s $2.55 billion commitment in low-cost loans will help build much-needed rental homes across the city.
