Excitement is building for FUNG next week! Freddie and I are eagerly anticipating the upcoming session. Following the event, Freddie will travel across North America as he is passed from one of the 60 participants to the next. F.U.N.G., which stands for Flynn University for the Next Generation, is a specialized program aimed at connecting and empowering future leaders within Flynn. This conference focuses on enhancing skills crucial for personal and professional growth. By creating a unique networking opportunity, F.U.N.G. provides a platform for aspiring leaders to collaborate and learn from each other. It is focused on self-development and preparing individuals for leadership roles within the company. The program covers a wide array of essential topics such as strategic thinking, organizational culture, respect in the workplace, personal branding, mentoring, emotional intelligence, trust-building, teamwork, business development and the leadership challenge.

Flynn Ottawa rehabilitated a government archive building including a full re-roof using TREMCO products, Installation of a large size green Roof, and Installation of a new stairwell. The team encountered multiple difficult site conditions, but thanks to everyone’s hard work the whole operation was successful!

The Flynn Brandon Service field crew organized a donation drive for wildfire victims in Northern and Eastern Manitoba. Working with the Red Cross, Brandon Shoppers Mall and Brandon Sobeys, James Bleach and Kyle Hingey were able to collect $4,500 worth of food, clothes, and toys. Flynn also donated $4,500 to the Red Cross, which was matched by both the Provincial and Federal Government. We’re very proud of all the staff and their families and friends who worked on this initiative. This is an impactful and inspiring example of Flynn Family and culture within Flynn! #FlynnFamilyWinningTogether
