Organic Custom Product Pages are now live on the App Store - and they’ve got big potential! Until now, CPPs were only available through Apple Ads or external links. But with this new update, Apple is finally allowing CPPs to show up for organic keyword searches. Here’s what we’ve learned so far: - You can’t manually pick the keywords. Apple suggests them for you. - These suggestions are based on your Keyword Field - You can assign multiple keywords to the same CPP - It’s currently available only in the US App Store and English (US) localization This raises a pretty interesting question: Should the keyword field now be treated as a visibility lever for low-ranking terms, or as a CPP enabler for high-ranking terms? Right now, it’s a bit of a chicken-and-egg situation. You need to rank to activate CPPs...but CPPs might be the thing that helps you rank. Curious to hear how others are approaching this.
