As we honour this year’s NAIDOC Week theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy," we reflect on the incredible work happening in our communities led by passionate individuals and driven by purpose. Over the past year, Dreampath CEO Steven Fordham has been out and about, connecting with communities, listening to stories, and championing initiatives that create real impact. His presence and leadership continue to inspire action and build bridges across the Hunter Valley and beyond. 🌅 One of the standout initiatives is the Dreampath & Blackroo Community BBQ Trailer, a mobile hub of connection and support. Featuring 12 burners, hot water, shade, and a sink, this trailer was designed to empower Indigenous and not-for-profit organisations in the Hunter Valley to raise funds free of charge. But it’s more than just a BBQ. It’s a platform for conversation, a place where community members gather not only to share a meal, but to discuss the challenges facing First Nations Australians. These conversations spark awareness, foster understanding, and lead to actions that drive real change. This NAIDOC Week, we celebrate the strength of our communities, the vision of our leaders, and the legacy we’re building together. Thank you to everyone who continues to make a difference, one conversation, one connection, one community at a time. #NAIDOCWeek 🖤💛❤️

This NAIDOC Week, Dreampath Recruitment proudly joins communities across the nation in celebrating the rich histories, cultures, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The 2025 theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy," is a powerful tribute to the resilience and brilliance of Indigenous youth, the foresight of communities, and the enduring legacy of ancestors. It reminds us that the future is being shaped today by young leaders who carry forward the strength of their heritage and the vision for a more inclusive and just Australia. At Dreampath, we believe in empowering First Nations talent and creating pathways that honour culture, foster opportunity, and build lasting legacies. We are committed to listening, learning, and walking alongside Indigenous communities to support meaningful change in workplaces and beyond. This week, and every week, we celebrate the voices, stories, and contributions of First Nations peoples. Let’s continue to uplift the next generation, embrace their vision, and honour the legacy that guides us all. #NAIDOCWeek #NAIDOCWeek2025 #Dreampath

  • On the eve of State of Origin III Protech invited clients to breakfast with former NSW Blues Captain and current Protech Legend Kurt Gidley! Kurt shared stories of his time in the Origin Arena with the Blues, along with lessons learned from some of the NRL’s elite coaches and how he has applied them in his professional career at Protech. It was an amazing turnout at The Locker Room Homebush, just metres from Accor Stadium where the action will all go down! 🏈 Who do you have winning the decider tomorrow night? 🤔 Marc Meili Ben Fitzsimmons Natalie Stewart Adrian Baker Andrew Sidoti Mathew Eames Kurt Gidley
