Lots of exciting news coming for our flagship industrial precinct in Western Sydney, Aspect Industrial Estate, delivered in partnership with Australian Retirement Trust📣 We are delighted to welcome IVE Group to Aspect Industrial Estate who will occupy a new, purpose-built 44,000sqm facility to support their ongoing growth 🙌 This complements our sustainability success, with the Winning Group’s distribution centre at Aspect achieving a 6 Star Green Star – Design & As Built v1.3 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia and has been certified Carbon Neutral for upfront embodied carbon under the Climate Active Carbon Neutral Standard, demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable assets, in partnership with our valued customers 🌱 Due for completion in 2027, Aspect Industrial Estate will include 245,000sqm of state-of-the art industrial warehouses and is creating approximately 500 jobs during construction and 1,200 jobs at project close. We are thrilled to have officially opened the doors of Australia’s leading sporting retailer Rebel Sport’s newly refurbished store at Mirvac’s Broadway Sydney🎉 With a fit-out that is set to redefine the retail experience, this store will span 2,900 square metres across three levels and will offer Broadway Sydney customers a dynamic and exciting new retail experience 🛍️ Delivered as part of the restoration of Broadway Sydney, the refurbishment of the rebel store carefully preserved the much-loved and iconic original façade, while developing the new rebel Customer Experience (rCX) store as the ‘House of Sport’ 🏀 The grand opening event was a great success, and it was wonderful to celebrate with Gary Williams, Ian Dresner and the rebel team, as well as Wests Tigers players, Terrell May and Sarah Togatuki 🏉 “We are honoured to have partnered with rebel to bring to life their new concept store – we congratulate the rebel team on creating the House of Sport, and their vision to redefine the retail experience for the over million customers that Broadway Sydney welcomes each month, as it continues to evolve as a dynamic retail destination,” said Campbell Hanan, Mirvac’s Group CEO & Managing Director.

We are proud to announce that for the third year in a row Mirvac Constructions has achieved the highest possible 5 Gold Star iCIRT rating⭐   Issued by international rating agency Equifax, the iCIRT rating is one of numerous pillars of reform implemented in NSW within recent years and aims to improve building standards and consumer confidence across the state 🙌   Following an intense evaluation and assessment process, Mirvac was the first to be awarded the prestigious 5 Gold Star rating in 2022🦺   “Receiving the 5 Gold Star iCIRT rating is in recognition of the consistent, unwavering dedication and expertise of Mirvac Constructions, and to obtain the 5 Gold Star rating for the third time is both a rare distinction and real honour for our business,” said Stuart Penklis, Mirvac’s CEO of Development.

We are excited to announce the official opening of The Lawn, a vibrant new public park within our award-winning masterplanned community, The Fabric, located in Melbourne’s Altona North.   The opening day was a fantastic celebration, bringing together residents and community members for live entertainment, family activities, local food stalls, and more. Yesterday, alongside our co-owner Daibiru Corp, we celebrated the topping out of our office building, 7 Spencer, bringing it one step closer to completion. 🏗️   It was great to have Nick Reece, Lord Mayor of the City of Melbourne, Takashi Tomoda, Daibiru, Tokuro Furuya, Consul-General of Japan, Amy Hunter, Work Club Global and Rebecca Adam, AECOM on site to celebrate this construction milestone, with AECOM and Work Club announced as the first leases signed, set to move in at 7 Spencer. 🤝   Work Club will operate its signature Florence Guild Wellness program, conference and event spaces, basement lounge bar, club suites and terrace as well as a Sky Bar exclusively for customers.🌿   7 Spencer is the final stage-one piece of the new North Wharf mixed-use precinct in Melbourne’s Docklands, which brings together the next generation modern workplace, build to rent apartments and quality retail and amenity, alongside residential apartments and the new @ 1 Hotel Melbourne, and our build to rent community, LIV Aston. 🏙️   As one of only three office buildings currently under construction in Melbourne, 7 Spencer is a testament to Mirvac’s creation capability and a celebration of smart, sustainable, city-shaping design. 💼
