نبذة عني

As Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric, I believe in building strategies and creating solutions that will help our entire ecosystem of partners and customers to decarbonize the planet. Schneider Electric’s mission to be the trusted digital partner in Sustainability and Efficiency is more relevant than ever.

My role is to bring new innovation thanks to a large portfolio of world-leading technologies, software and services.

At Schneider Electric, we believe access to energy and digital is a basic human right. We empower everyone on earth to make the most of their energy and resources, ensuring what we call at Schneider: Life Is On.

Having started my career in my home country France, I have been living and working in Asia (China, India and Hong Kong) for nearly two decades and then moved to UAE in 2023. All my years in Asia have taught me a lot and, in particular, to privilege speed over perfection. Across these countries, I held a number of leadership positions in businesses, global and technology functions including Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer and EVP Energy Management.

I have always been passionate about creating new businesses, innovating, selling and engaging with people with diverse backgrounds, this inspires me everyday. As a leader, I devote my time and energy to cultivating an environment where our people can achieve their full potential. My people philosophy is underpinned by diversity, high Performance and innovation. My personal motto is, ‘the more you give to people, the more you receive from them.’

Since May 2022, I joined the Board of Keppel group.
